The documentary is a project of the Group of Women Diplomats, a collective created in 2013 and which today brings together more than a third of Brazilian diplomats. It was produced as a celebration of the centenary of Maria José de Castro Rebello Mendes, the first Brazilian diplomat and the first woman to take a public examination in the country. Directed by Ivana Diniz.
